Whilst the Giant Hat Kåtas form a simply sensational backdrop for an unforgettable event, they are also extremely practical venues. They stand out as visually impressive, events venues from the small and intimate to the vast and extravagant. As many Kåtas as required can be linked together to form even the largest of venues, we can cater for events with around 2000 guests but we assist with more intimate celebrations also.

The Kåta’s design originates in Lapland and they are able to withstand typically English weather conditions. This makes them perfect for what the traditional marquee finds to be ‘out of season’ the office Christmas Party or end of year company celebration. The addition of freestanding open fireplaces, fire lit torches and reindeer hides to sit on brings something extra special to Winter events.

For Exhibitions or Product Launches, the visual impact of the Kåtas provides a real draw to passers by. An unconventional and inspiring way to impress clients and ensure there are lots of visitors to your event. With standing space for up to 40, the Kungsornen Kåta in particular is perfect for the smaller occasion. A 4m wide doorway gives a clear eye line into the tent, an obvious advantage for displays, stalls or product launches.

For impressive and memorable presentations and awards ceremonies, the Kåtas can have the addition of staging, dance floors, bars and atmospheric lighting effects.  We tailor our set up to meet the expectations and aims of you and your clients. If you have a particular theme in mind the Kåtas can be treated as a blank canvass from which the possibilities are endless. If we don’t currently provide what you are imagining for the interior, we can often find someone who can help you coordinate the finshed effect.

We have a range of furnishings which complement the unique style and feel of the Kåtas, whether to accompany a themed event or formal black tie function. Should your event be more on the rural side, we can also arrange toilets and generators to suit.
