Making your booking - your event with Beautiful World Tents
- Please call or email and we'd be happy to discuss your ideas and requirements in detail.
- We prepare you a personalised quotation for you to consider. We can also send some tried and tested floorplans to help you decide on your own (which we personalise for you nearer your event date).
- Any amendments to your quotation are made.
- We send you your contract (booking forms) and a request for deposit payment (invoice for usually 25%).
- Sign and return your booking form with the deposit payment.
- We confirm your booking in writing (usually email).
- We arrange a site visit to assess the best position for your tents. We also assess suitability of the site and any access issues there may be. This can take place at any point in the booking process, but most commonly once you have secured your booking.
- We stay in touch regularly to chat through your plans for your event. We liaise wtih any other suppliers you would like us to ensuring the smooth running of your event (this could be caterers, generator suppliers, florists or venue owners).
- We prepare a personalised floorplan for you (according to your aims for the event) this can be amended to suit and it ensures you have good understanding of the layout before we arrive. This really helps with any table plans too!
- One month before your event we request the balance payment and inform you of the exact days/times that we will set up and take down your tents.
- We arrive as arranged, set up your tents.
- We handover your tents and furnishings into your care and leave you to decorate them and enjoy them.
- We collect them as arranged.
